　　材料选择：选择优质的国产钢和进口钢,20号钢、45号钢、锻打合金钢(42GrMo、38GrMoAI)铝合金6061T5/6063T5，以先进的热处理工艺调质,去应力,淬火.内孔加工后管壁厚均匀,淬火后表面硬度可达HRC50~58°.

　　内部结构：有加热或冷却结构,两层或三层,螺旋型或Z字型流道.内层与辊体过盈红装.两侧进出水或同侧进出水.

　　镜面加工：采用美国3M公司磨料精研磨,最高光洁度可达到Ra0.01(14级).

　　加工精度：温差≤±1℃,热变形≤0.01mm,平直度跳动,圆度同轴度≤0.001mm.

　　产品应用：

　　印染行业：纯棉、涤棉纺织品、化纤、麻、毛纺及其混纺物的轧光加工

　　皮革行业：人造革等的轧光加工如：高端PU

　　树胶行业：PVC、ABA、PP、PC、PET、PMMA等

　　冶金行业：各种有色金属的轧压加工

　　Mirror processing: The United States 3M company abrasive fine grinding, the highest finish can reach Ra0.01(14).

　　Processing accuracy: temperature difference ≤±1℃, thermal deformation ≤0.01mm, flatness runout, roundness coaxial ≤0.001mm.

　　Printing and dyeing industry: pure cotton, polyester cotton textiles, chemical fiber, hemp, wool and their blends calender processing

　　Leather industry: artificial leather and other calender processing such as: high-end PU

　　Gum industry: PVC, ABA, PP, PC, PET, PMMA, etc

　　Metallurgical industry: rolling and pressing of various non-ferrous metals
