铝合金氧化

　　铝辊不同的表面处理或涂层：

　　(一)通用白氧化表面：适度的表面硬度HV300，成本较低、也可依客户要求提供不同颜色的的表面(如纯黑色)，适用于低张力的薄膜行业。

　　(二)茶色硬质氧化表面：高度的表面硬度HV700与0.1mm以上氧化膜厚，台湾引进的氧化技术，高硬度与高抗磨性可适用于各种高张力与较厚材料，可大幅提高铝辊的使用寿命。

　　(三)特弗龙表面：特殊的特弗龙包覆层可使油墨易于清洗，且提供适度抗粘性。

　　(四)橡胶表面：以铝辊为芯轴，不同的包胶层可提供不同特性与不同硬度的泛用性。

　　(五)工业硬铬表面：最高的表面硬度与抗蚀性,表面粗糙度可低至Ra0.01(超镜面),相比传统镀铬钢辊、质轻的镀铬铝辊可适用于更高速的机器。

　　Different surface treatments or coatings for aluminum rollers:

　　(1) Universal white oxidized surface: moderate surface hardness HV300, low cost, can also provide different colors of the surface (such as pure black) according to customer requirements, suitable for low tension film industry.

　　(2) brown hard oxidizing surface: high surface hardness HV700 and more than 0.1mm oxide film thickness, the oxidation technology introduced in Taiwan, high hardness and high wear resistance can be applied to a variety of high tension and thicker materials, can greatly improve the service life of aluminum rolls.

　　(3) Teflon surface: The special Teflon coating makes the ink easy to clean and provides moderate resistance to viscosity.

　　(4) Rubber surface: with aluminum roller as the mandrel, different coating layers can provide different characteristics and different hardness of the universality.

　　(5) Industrial hard chromium surface: the highest surface hardness and corrosion resistance, surface roughness can be as low as Ra0.01(super mirror), compared with the traditional chrome-plated steel roller, light chrome-plated aluminum roller can be applied to higher speed machines.

　　铝辊的结构上大致分为：

　　(一)空心式铝辊：内轴承式的结构，轴承装配于两端面内轴承孔。

　　(二)连轴式铝辊：辊体两端结合钢轴或不锈钢轴端，为一体式结构。

　　(三)冷却铝辊：冷却或加热液经由两侧进出且在辊体内循环。

　　(四)特殊辊：各种按图加工的特殊结构辊。

　　Aluminum roller structure is roughly divided into:

　　(A) hollow aluminum roll: internal bearing type structure, bearing assembly in two end bearing holes.

　　(2) Aluminum roller with axle: both ends of the roller body are combined with steel shaft or stainless steel shaft end, which is an integrated structure.

　　(3) Cooling aluminum roller: cooling or heating liquid enters and exits through both sides and circulates in the roller body.

　　(4) Special rollers: all kinds of special structure rollers processed according to the diagram.

　　铝辊的不同表面加工方式：

　　(一)光面：具有光滑，阻力小的表面，可依要求达到不同的表面粗糙度Ra0.3-Ra6.3

　　(二)表面螺纹线：常用的有交叉螺纹线、中心展开线(由中心二分，向两端面延伸)。

　　(三)凹、凸型表面：可由数控车床加工出各种中凹型、中凸型以及圆弧型表面。

　　(四)喷砂或喷丸：喷砂或喷丸加工可获得较为粗糙的表面，可增加摩擦力。

　　(五)滚花或网线：可依客户要求提供不同的大小的花型表面。

　　Different surface processing methods of aluminum rollers:

　　(1) Smooth surface: It has a smooth and low resistance surface, and can achieve different surface roughness Ra0.3-Ra6.3 according to requirements

　　(2) Surface thread line: commonly used cross thread line, center expansion line (from the center to two, extending to the two ends).

　　(3) Concave, convex surface: can be processed by CNC lathe a variety of concave, convex and arc surface.

　　(4) Sandblasting or shot blasting: sandblasting or shot blasting can obtain a rougher surface, which can increase friction.

　　(5) Knurled or network cable: according to customer requirements to provide different sizes of pattern surface.
